Why we exist
Preparing for Primary 1 in Singapore means piecing together MOE circulars, a once-a-year registration portal, fee checkers and a lot of anxious forum threads. The official information is accurate but scattered and cold. We pull it together, translate the jargon into plain language, and pair it with the one thing an official site can't offer: other parents going through the exact same year as you.
What we do
- Plain-language guides covering registration, choosing a school, readiness, costs and the first term.
- Cohort WhatsApp groups, one per Primary 1 intake year, where parents share real-time updates, school reviews and honest advice.
How we keep it trustworthy
Primary 1 decisions affect your child's education and your family's budget, so we hold our content to a high standard:
- Every fact about phases, dates and fees is traced to an official MOE or Singapore government source, and linked so you can check it yourself.
- Pages are dated with when they were last reviewed for accuracy.
- Where MOE updates figures each cycle (exact phase dates, fees), we link the live official source rather than risk a stale number.
